You are invited to attend Eversheds' e-health webinar which touches on different aspects relevant to healthcare providers and producers. It gives an introduction to the legal framework in the EU and Switzerland for providing efficient support and continuity of care for patients with healthcare issues.
E-health is a well recognised tool currently being used to modernise and enhance the national and international healthcare system. Whilst demographic changes present a good opportunity for companies in the health and welfare industry, they also represent challenges and risks for the entire health sector.
The webinar will also give guidance on:
• patients' personal rights: data protection
• restraints in advertising
• self regulating bodies and harmonisation efforts from the EU.
We will also look at an action plan to upgrade to e-health and there will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the webinar.
