Sybille is a partner in the Corporate / M&A practice of the firm in Munich. Sybille is specialised in advising national and international industrial clients in German and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and restructurings. Over the past years Sybille has worked for a large number of international companies in their corporate, corporate venture and private equity transactions on the German market and in all kinds of corporate restructurings including post-closing integration measures.

Sybille’s recent experience includes:

• Advising Brady Corporation, a NYSE listed leading international manufacturer and marketer of identification and protection solutions on its sale of the etimark labelling business in Germany.
• Advising United Drug plc. a listed company and leading international service provider for manufacturers and retailers in the health sector, on the take over the Pharmexx GmbH and its 34 subsidiaries.
• Advising FEI, a NASDAQ listed leading manufacturer of specialist instruments such as electron and ion microscopes and other life science products on its acquisition of Munich based TILL Photonics GmbH.
• Advising Astrium Services GmbH, an EADS group company, in its acquisition of 75.1 % of the shares in ND SatCom GmbH from SES ASTRA including negotiation of joint-venture agreement.
