Wolfgang studied law in Regensburg and Paris (Université Paris X). After his graduation at the University of Regensburg, Wolfgang worked for a notable Law Revision Course. During his legal clerkship at the higher regional court in Nuernberg, he worked, among other things, in the legal department of a leading US-American software producer. Before joining Heisse Kursawe Eversheds in April 2010 he was associated for more than two years with a well-known law firm in Munich specialised in corporate and banking law.

Wolfgang has widespread experiences in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions and provides comprehensive assistance to listed companies. His main activities include the legal preparation and execution of capital transactions and public shareholders' meetings. Besides, he represents both, companies and shareholders, in comprehensive restructuring measures as well as judicial and extrajudicial disputes.
