Annett studied law at the University of Augsburg and the Spanish Universidád San Sebastián. She worked for Sonntag & Partner in Augsburg and RP RICHTER & PARTNER for private clients with focus on asset and company succession.

Annett 's field of expertise lies in legal and fiscal advice for national and international private asset and company succession. This includes wills as well as questions of anticipated succession, including asset transfer inter vivos by way of gift. She also advises clients on all questions of national and international inheritance law, within the scope of distribution of estate after death of the testator as well as on the legal and fiscal formation of marriage contracts. Another main focus is foundation law, including advice during the formation of charitable foundations inter vivos or causa mortis, family foundations and dual foundations.
