Stefan is an Associate in the Labour Law practice group at Heisse Kursawe Eversheds in Munich. He advises national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective labour law. A focus of his work lies on drafting employment contracts. For more than a year, Stefan was on secondment at a large multinational company. During this time, he gained extensive in-house experience which he regularly uses to support his clients' legal departments. Moreover, he focuses on representing his clients in criminal proceedings.

Stefan’s recent experience includes:

• Regular legal advice including representation before courts of an international conglomerate (business segments: e.g. fire protection and security control systems).
• Interim Manager of the legal department of an international cosmetics group.
• Drafting of new employment contract structures including various guidelines for a number of medium-sized companies.
• Representation of human resources managers and managing directors in criminal proceedings concerning the alleged misappropriation of social security contributions (false self-employment)
