The practice groups Patent Services and Patent Litigation began working in January 2010.
With the addition of these practice groups, Heisse Kursawe Eversheds constitutes a Center of Excellence which offers qualified contact for all questions of clients at the location of the most important German and European patent authorities.
Dr. Herbert Kunz is the head of the new practice group Patent Services. Furthermore, Andreas Ascherl (partner) as well as Paralegals and non-juridical employees are part of the group.
The practice group Patent Litigation is coordinated by partner Hosea Haag, LL.M. and is associated with the practice group Industrial Property Protection, which head is partner Axel Zimmermann. Other attorneys of the new practice group include Matthias Wetzel, Sandra Waigand, Christoph Jonas and Reinhard Meyer-Borgstädt.
