Among the top employers in 2010The international law firm Heisse Kursawe Eversheds was ranked 45th in this year's ranking "100 top employers 2010" of the renowned career-magazine Azur. Thus, it moved up 13 ranks in comparison with last year. By ranking Eversheds Germany 45th, JUVE acknowledges the dynamic development of the law firm, which goes hand in hand with increasing personnel. The opportunities for advancement are rated "very good", family and women friendliness is rated "good". "Heisse Kursawe Eversheds offers its female attorneys a good working environment; only few employers have a higher proportion of women," it says in the evaluation for the law firm. Moreover, JUVE positively notes the international association with Eversheds and consequently the exciting working environment for the employees: "There is an endless coming and going of international clients at the Munich office," the editorial team sums up.
The editorial team bases its evaluation on varied information, such as a job applicant survey which was held in cooperation with JURAcon Personalmessen. Editors, who are at the same time members of the editorial team at JUVE, question employers and resort to their knowledge of the legal market. The selection is eventually made by the editorial team alone based on criteria which are important for the first-time employees, such as continuing education and training, career perspectives, family friendliness, employee satisfaction, workload and the number of recruitings.
