Heisse Kursawe Eversheds restructures it’s practice groups real estate and construction
The field"s real estate and construction rank among the core competences of Heisse Kursawe Eversheds and have been subject to strong growth in the last two years. "Due to the continuously increasing amount of clients, the Practice Groups need to be restructured. Our international business is growing every day. To measure up to this development, it is important for us to form and to continuously enhance expert teams," says Dr Matthias Heisse, Managing Partner at the law firm Heisse Kursawe Eversheds. In the course of this development, Heisse Kursawe Eversheds is going to form two specialized Practice Groups for the field"s real estate and construction.
The Practice Group construction is headed by Dr Steffen Jung. This year Johannes Niewalda joined the core team. He brings in valuable work experience due to his former long-term employment as an in-house lawyer with Walter Bau AG. We were also able to welcome as our new colleague Carsten Eichler who is a specialized lawyer for construction and architecture. Furthermore Gero Martin, specialized lawyer for real estate (who was - prior to his employment with Heisse Kursawe Eversheds - employed with Kapellmann & Partner, like Dr Steffen Jung in the year 2005) continues to support the team.
The Practice Group real estate, headed by Thomas Ziegler, is responsible for matters concerning area real estate management with main emphasis on the field"s real estate transactions and financing. Besides Thomas Ziegler, who is a partner, the team consists of six associates - further recruitments are planned.
In the wake of the restructuring, Dr Frank Niebuhr and Dr Markus Krakowsky, both partners with Heisse Kursawe Eversheds left the law firm.
