Career:

Kirstin studied law at the University of Regensburg where she was working at the chair of Criminal Law and Philosophy of Law of Prof. Dr. Andreas Hoyer.

She did her Ph.D. in 1998. Kirstin completed her legal clerkship, inter alia, at the German consulate general in Barcelona. Moreover, she worked in Paris at a large commercial law firm.

Until February 2010, Kirstin has worked at two renowned law firms in Munich.

Kirstin has been working for more than 10 years exclusively in the field international and national family law. She is specialised in contract design regarding family law and law of succession, especially in the drafting of marriage contracts, divorce settlements, apportionments of assets and liabilities as well as last wills and testaments and testamentary contracts, individually including tax implications. Moreover, she appears before family courts, representing clients in highly complex cases with her experience.

Kirstin has been specialist attorney for family law since 2003.
